Solutions to the Problem Not all programs open when double clicking in windows 7 32 bit

Hi Chriseb112,
·         Which programs and files are you referring to?
·         Were you able to open these programs or files by double clicking before?
·         Are you referring to the User Account Control (UAC) prompt?
·         What happens when you double click on programs and files?
·         Are you logged in as administrator?
I would like you to know that some applications are designed in such a way that required to be launched as an administrator to run.
If you were able to do that in the past then perform clean boot and check if the issue still persists.
